I am so impressed by this little town that I recommend a visit to Morzine to everyone I know. Fascinating chalets spread across a gorge and partially wooded slopes make this place a great choice for skiers. You can enjoy skiing here, irrespective of the weather conditions.
Families come here in big numbers to watch their kids have fun in the snow. There are quite a few areas designated for the pro skiers too. Beginners should definitely visit Morzine for it offers specialised areas that are best suited to their limited skills. I too tried my hands at skiing for the first time in this city. Initially scared, I eventually managed to do a fair job with some help from local trainers.
